With a private hot tub, a large gated deck, and a dog friendly setup, it’s a comfortable and easygoing spot to enjoy your time in Tahoe.

-Dining Area: Dining Table (seats 6)
-Breakfast Nook: Bench seating for 5-6
-Kitchen: Refrigerator, Stove Top, Oven, Microwave
-Hall Bathroom: Shower/Tub Combo, Sink, Toilet
-Bedroom #1:Queen (sleeps 2), Desk+Chair
-Bedroom #2: (accessed through Bedroom #1, ans also has private exterior entrance) Queen (sleeps 2)
-Deck: Hot Tub
Parking-
-Driveway: Parking for 2 cars depending on size and current snow load
OTHER THINGS TO NOTE:
-Please be advised, the driveway can be a little tricky in the winter. 4wd or AWD car with snow tires is required. Always carry chains just in case!
-This property does not have air conditioning, air conditioners are extremely unusual in North Lake Tahoe.
-Please be considerate, this is a smoke-free home.
-Upon booking, guests will be required to sign an electronic rental agreement (preview available in the House Rules). Due to local regulations access info will not be given unless this is signed.
-This is a dog-friendly house but in order to bring a dog, you must pay a $100 dog fee per dog, 1 dog maximum. If you bring a dog without paying the dog fee, you will be subject to a fine and are in breach of contract which could result in being asked to leave the property.
-Majority of renters must be the age of 25 yrs old or older
-Loft is NOT available for guest use
