Policies and disclosures
- This property does allow pets. There is a pet fee of $100 per pet.
- This property does not have air conditioning. Air conditioners are extremely unusual in North Lake Tahoe.
- On March 11th, 2022, the county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Check out the Short-Term Rental Fact Sheet for more information.
- Use of outdoor fire pits is prohibited due to extreme fire danger.
- A 12% occupancy tax is applied to all bookings, supporting local services and development.
-Upon booking, guests will be required to sign an electronic rental agreement (preview available in the House Rules). Due to local regulations access info will not be given unless this is signed.
-Majority of renters must be the age of 25 yrs old or older

Your stay includes six guest passes, each allowing access for one guest to enjoy Tahoe Donner’s private amenities including pools, hot tubs, fitness center, golf, tennis, beach access at Donner Lake, and more. A daily entry fee applies, and children 2 and under are free. Please note that private amenities are available approximately 332 days per year, with holiday blackout dates in place to prioritize member access. STR guests always have access to public amenities. Amenity Update: Beginning September 2, all pools and hot tubs at Trout Creek Rec Center will close for renovations, reopening mid-December. The sauna, steam room, gym, and fitness classes will remain open. The Northwoods Clubhouse Pool will remain open until October 10.
