-Upon booking, guests will be required to sign an electronic rental agreement (preview available in the House Rules). Due to local regulations access info will not be given unless this is signed.
-This property is NOT pet-friendly. Service dogs are an exception.
-Majority of renters must be the age of 25 yrs old or older
- This property does not have air conditioning. Air conditioners are extremely unusual in North Lake Tahoe.

Is the booking fully refundable? Thanks.

Thank you for your question about our cancellation policy. For a full refund, bookings must be canceled either 30 days prior to arrival or within 24 hours of booking.
If you cancel less than 30 days before your arrival, we will refund your cleaning fee, booking fee, and taxes. Additionally, we’ll make every effort to rebook your dates, and any rebooked nights will also be refunded to you.
