Other Things to Note:
-This property has (1) camera facing the walkway up to the front of the home.  
- This property is pet-friendly with an additional pet fee of $100 per pet. Max 2 pets. Fines may occur if unauthorized pets are found to be at the property. 
- You will be required to sign a rental agreement upon booking. 
- This property does not have air conditioning. Air conditioners are extremely unusual in North Lake Tahoe. 
- Use of outdoor fire pits is prohibited due to extreme fire danger.
