Please note that air conditioning is not included, as AC is extremely unusual in North Lake Tahoe.

-Note: This property has (2) cameras onsite. 1 facing the driveway and the second one on the lower back deck looking at the back yard
-Upon booking, guests will be required to sign an electronic rental agreement (preview available in the House Rules).  Due to local regulations access info will not be given unless this is signed.
