What is your cancellation policy?
Answer:
We take a $300 deposit at the time of booking, which is refundable up to 30 days prior to arrival. At 30 days prior to arrival, the remaining balance is charged and the full amount becomes non-refundable.
Please note: Reservations for Christmas and New Year’s weeks have an earlier cancellation deadline. For these holiday stays, cancellations must be made by November 15th to receive a refund.
