Located on Pinnacle Loop, this home has wonderful views of the mountains and is just minutes from Truckee and a short drive to all the major North Shore area ski resorts, Donner Lake, and Lake Tahoe. This modest but clean and comfy home will sleep 9 people maximum. There is a walkway with stairs that lead you down to the covered front door. 

Main Level
- Kitchen: Fully stocked with electric stove top and oven, dishwasher, microwave, and plenty of counter space
- Dining Room: Seating for up to 8 guests and deck access
- Living Room: Seating for up to 7, wrap-around couch, wood burning stove, and lots of light
- Bedroom #1: Queen bed that sleeps 2
- Bedroom #2: Queen bed that sleeps 2
- Bathroom: Full bath with shower/tub, sink, and toilet
- Deck: Access from dining room

Upper Level
- Master Bedroom: King size bed that sleeps 2
- Bathroom: Full bath with shower/tub, sink, and toilet
- Loft: 3 twin beds and loveseat that pulls out into a 4th twin bed and television

Parking
- Driveway: Parking for 4-5 vehicles depending on snow conditions. 

**Well behaved pets ok with approval and additional cleaning fee**
For guests who are bringing a dog, extra fee (Pet Fee is collected in the amount of $125.00 for one dog or $225.00 for two dogs.

Your stay includes six guest passes, each allowing access for one guest to enjoy Tahoe Donner’s private amenities including pools, hot tubs, fitness center, golf, tennis, beach access at Donner Lake, and more. A daily entry fee applies, and children 2 and under are free. Please note that private amenities are available approximately 332 days per year, with holiday blackout dates in place to prioritize member access. STR guests always have access to public amenities. Amenity Update: Beginning September 2, all pools and hot tubs at Trout Creek Rec Center will close for renovations, reopening mid-December. The sauna, steam room, gym, and fitness classes will remain open. The Northwoods Clubhouse Pool will remain open until October 10.

Please know that reservations cannot be cancelled once initial payment is received.
We do offer optional travel insurance providing cancellation and medical coverage for only 6.95% of the total reservation cost. If an unforeseen event prevents you from making your trip, you are covered. *Ask for benefit coverage and exclusion details.
