This cozy, simple home has warm wood accents throughout. It's great location is close to ski areas, hiking trails, Donner Lake and all Tahoe Donner Amenities. The living room has a gas woodburner, perfect for those cooler days and evenings after a full day of adventures! The kitchen is warm and welcoming and ready for your group to prepare meals. Two bedrooms have Queen size beds,and the Master Suite has a large en suite bathroom, also with Queen bed. To complete your experience, the deck offers plenty of seating and a gas grill for family barbecues. 

Main Level
- Living Room: Seating for up to 5 and large flat screen TV, and wood-burning stove
- Dining Room: Seating for 6 and access to the deck
- Kitchen: Fully stocked kitchen with gas stove and oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, coffee maker, and more
- The King Room: King size bed, flat screen TV, and access to the back deck
- Master Bathroom: En suite full bath with shower/tub, double sinks, and toilet
- The Garden Room: Queen size bed, sleeps 2, flat screen television
- The Cabin Room: Queen size bed that sleeps 2
- Bathroom: Full bath with shower/tub, sink, and toilet
- Front Patio: Outdoor dining set with seating for 4
- Back Deck: Outdoor seating for up to 5 and gas grill
- Laundry: Washer and dryer available for guest use

Parking
- Carport: Two car garage (parking for 2 cars in Summer and 1 car in Winter)
- Driveway: Parking for up to 2 cars depending on snow conditions

Your stay includes six guest passes, each allowing access for one guest to enjoy Tahoe Donner’s private amenities including pools, hot tubs, fitness center, golf, tennis, beach access at Donner Lake, and more. A daily entry fee applies, and children 2 and under are free. Please note that private amenities are available approximately 332 days per year, with holiday blackout dates in place to prioritize member access. STR guests always have access to public amenities. Amenity Update: Beginning September 2, all pools and hot tubs at Trout Creek Rec Center will close for renovations, reopening mid-December. The sauna, steam room, gym, and fitness classes will remain open. The Northwoods Clubhouse Pool will remain open until October 10.
