Ski, snowboard, hike or mountain bike out of your back door! Newly remodeled clubhouse for Ski Bowl condo owners and their guests. There is a one car garage for parking and parking pass for the second car.

- Bedroom #2: Queen size and twin size beds, sleeps 3, television and DVD player/VCR
- Bedroom #3: Two twin size beds, sleeps 2
- Bathroom #1: Full bath with shower/tub, sink, toilet, and stacked washer and dryer
- Bathroom #2: Full bath with shower/tub, sink, and toilet
- Loft: Twin size daybed
Main Level:
- Kitchen: Fully stocked with stove and oven, built-in microwave, dishwasher, and more
- Dining Room: Seats 4 people
- Living Room: Seating for 4-5, flat screen television, fireplace, and deck access
- Deck with views of ski area *There is a locked Grill NOT available for guest use*
Parking:
- Carport: Parking for 1 car (not a truck or large SUV) and parking pass for second vehicle
Your stay includes six guest passes, each allowing access for one guest to enjoy Tahoe Donner’s private amenities including pools, hot tubs, fitness center, golf, tennis, beach access at Donner Lake, and more. A daily entry fee applies, and children 2 and under are free. Please note that private amenities are available approximately 332 days per year, with holiday blackout dates in place to prioritize member access. STR guests always have access to public amenities. Amenity Update: Beginning September 2, all pools and hot tubs at Trout Creek Rec Center will close for renovations, reopening mid-December. The sauna, steam room, gym, and fitness classes will remain open. The Northwoods Clubhouse Pool will remain open until October 10.
