Parking-
-Driveway: *Driveway is dirt/gravel* Parking for 2-3 cars depending on size and current snow load. Please be sure to look at check in info with driveway instructions!

Policies and disclosures:
- This property does not allow pets, owners are extremely allergic and cannot make accommodations for this.
- The fireplace at this home is non-operational and is not to be used!
- This property does not have air conditioning. Air conditioners are extremely unusual in North Lake Tahoe. 
- On March 11th, 2022, the county of Placer implemented a new Short Term Rental Ordinance which is very important for guests to abide by. Check out the Short-Term Rental Fact Sheet for more information.
- Use of outdoor fire pits is prohibited due to extreme fire danger.
-Upon booking, guests will be required to sign an electronic rental agreement (preview available in the House Rules).  Due to local regulations access info will not be given unless this is signed.
-Majority of renters must be the age of 25 yrs old or older
-Vaping/Smoking is Prohibited. No smoking or vaping in the house, on the deck, or anywhere else on the premises.
-This property does come equipped with a bear fence. Guests will be advised on how the fence works within the guest guidebook.
*Note: This property has (2) exterior cameras onsite. 1 Ring camera on front door* One at the front door; One at the sliding glass door on the deck. Audio features turned off.
