The kitchen is fully stocked and ready for the chef of the family. You will also find the Queen bedroom downstairs. Upstairs there is a King bedroom and bunk room with a bunk and single.

Main Level
- Living Room: Seating for 6-7, fireplace, and large flat screen TV
- Dining Room: Seating for 9 and deck access
- Kitchen: Fully stocked with gas stove and oven, dishwasher, built-in microwave, and more
- Laundry: Washer and dryer available for guest use, located just off of kitchen
- Bedroom #3: Queen size bed that sleeps 2
- Bathroom: En suite half bath with sink and toilet, also accessible from kitchen

Upper Level
- Master Bedroom: King size bed that sleeps 2, and television
- Master Bathroom: En suite full bath with walk-in shower, sink, and toilet
- Bunk Room: One twin size bed and a set of twin bunk beds, sleeps 3
- Bathroom: Full bath with shower/tub, sink, and toilet

Parking
- Carport: Two car garage, parking for one car (depending on size of vehicle)
- Driveway: Parking for 2-3 vehicles depending on size and snow conditions

Tahoe Donner Amenities:
As part of your rental you will have 2 guest passes that will allow up to 4 guests per card to access Tahoe Donner facilities including pools, hot tub, children’s play center, tennis, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snow play area, golf, driving range, beach access at nearby Donner Lake boat rentals, fitness center, horseback riding, campground, and an extensive system of hiking trails. Guest access fees are currently $15 per person per day. Children 6 and under are free.
