This 4BD, 3 Bath 3,100sq ft home provides you two en-suites: a Master and separate Guest suite with a large and cheerful loft and additional bonus room that provides plenty of space for you and your family to spread out. The Tahoe Retreat easily sleeps 10 with 1 King, 2 Queens and 3 twin beds and the bonus room is set up as a fun game room with foosball, darts, board games, books and more,. The new comfy sectional is perfect to settle into for reading and movie nights!
If you enjoy blue sky, sunlight and trees all around you, you ll enjoy the 35 windows in the home which keeps you connected to these peaceful surroundings all throughout the day, no matter where you are in the home. You ll be continually absorbing the beautiful setting around you and fully recharging your soul. That s not Generative AI talking, that s through personal experiences!
The fully equipped chef s kitchen is another highlight that allows for entertaining and family time all in a setting that continues that uplifting feel with its 8 windows absorbing you into this secluded setting. The 30 different spices should allow you to prepare your favorite and most complex meals, with a steamer and rice cooker just added. The dual types of coffee machines (traditional Keurig) as well as the new downdraft vented stove and uber sleek microwave whisk you to the future state of cooking.
As the Summer and Fall turns into the Winter, get ready! We have new electrical lighting throughout and 3 new heating systems in the home including a woodburning fireplace right in the center of the open and spacious family room. For any that like extra warmth and efficient heating, the individual room floor heating tracks are great.
The garage is a sporting enclave where bikes, badminton, tennis, pickelball gear all await you. We have a hiking area for you with walking sticks, backpacks, sun protection, bug protection, and much more. Then you can shift to the snow play area with snow shoes, snow boards, sleds, boots and even our ski s in a pinch, although you likely have your own equipment, or if you have a guest, it s all here for you. We know you ll treat the equipment like it s yours so we can all continue to enjoy.
If the office calls, which we hope it doesn t, we do have an equipped office with monitor, keyboard, mouse, and fully equipped desk with note pads, post-it and much more. Our wifi and extenders will keep you connected your entire stay.
The Tahoe Retreat is special and you will be able to disconnect and enjoy your high-quality stay. Finally, the two car garage is helpful for extended families and since we re up in the Mountains, come wintertime, AWD/4WD or snow chains are necessary, even with our short and forgiving driveway!
