Looking for a property that has a private hot tub?? Look no further!! This 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom Tahoe Donner home is located on a level lot and set back from the street. On the bottom level of the house you will find the master bedroom with a gas fire place and private bathroom. The laundry room is also located on the bottom level. Upstairs you will find the kitchen, dining room, living room with a gas fireplace, two bedrooms and bathroom with an entrance to the back deck where you find the hot tub. This house is set up comfortably for a family or a group of friends.
Tahoe Donner Amenities: As part of your rental you will have 2 guest passes that will allow up to 4 guests per card to access Tahoe Donner facilities including pools, hot tub, children’s play center, tennis, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snow play area, golf, driving range, beach access at nearby Donner Lake, boat rentals, fitness center, horseback riding, campground, and an extensive system of hiking trails. Guest access fees are currently $15 per person per day. Children 6 and under are free.
