Alpenglow Winter Speaker Series - Dave Nettle

Explore the breathtaking Tyrol region, straddling southern Austria and northern Italy, renowned for its stunning alpine landscapes, dramatic peaks, and the iconic Dolomites. Dave Nettle invites you on a lively and humorous visual journey through this magical area, sharing stories and images from his 25-year love affair with the Tyrol. Known for climbing, skiing, via ferrata, friendly locals, and exceptional cuisine, the Tyrol has much to offer. The evening will also feature select backcountry ski touring images from the 2022-23 winter and spring season in the Sierra Nevada and beyond. This event supports Slow Food Lake Tahoe, which aims to foster a self-reliant food culture and promote good, clean, and fair food for all in the community.
