Have you ever heard of the expression "Location, Location, Location"??? Well... this condo is the definition of that since it is located just 0.1 miles from the lifts! You can walk to the village at Squaw Valley and indulge in a delicious lunch, a beer on the KT deck, a fine glass of wine with your dinner or just a quick bite of freshly grilled corn on the cob. After exploring everything at the village, take a short walk back to the cozy one bedroom condo. This condo is set up with everything that you will need for your stay, including a nice wood-burning fireplace for relaxing in front of after a long day on the slopes. Not a winter person??? Don't worry this condo is just as nice in the summer! You can take the gondola up to the top and enjoy the pool with amazing views of the mountain tops or take a hike up Shirley Mountain. Then enjoy your evening by opening the windows and listening to the soothing sound of the river.
The condo can accommodate four people. There is a Queen bed in the bedroom and a Queen pullout in the living room.

- Bedroom with 1 queen bed and a TV - sleeps 2
- Full bathroom with a tub/shower, toilet and sink
- Living room with a full size pull out sofa bed and a cozy fireplace with access to the deck
- Fully stocked kitchen including a glass top electric stove, a microwave, a full fridge and freezer, a dishwasher and sink.
You also have access to the laundry room located downstairs.

You will have access to 2 parking spaces.
