Nestled in lower Tahoe Donner, this home features a brand new kitchen, updates, and upgrades throughout, and an open floor plan with plenty of room to spread out, watch tv, enjoy a book by the fire, or play a game with the whole family. Working on the go? No problem! The master suite is set up with a remote work space for those emails that just can't wait. 

Upper Level
- Kitchen: Fully equipped with a glass cook top stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator/freezer and bar stool seating for 4!
- Dining Room: Seating for 6 plus the countertop seating for 4
- Living Room: Seating for 6, TV and access to upper deck
- Sitting Room: Seating for 3, wood burning fireplace, games and access to upper deck
- Master Bedroom: King bed, sleeps 2, desk with lamp, 1 chair, an armoire  and a closet 
- Master Bathroom: En suite with a shower/tub combo, sink and toilet
- Bathroom: 1/2 bath with a sink and toilet

Lower Level
- Bedroom #1: Queen bed, sleeps 2, dresser, nightstand, desk with lamp and a chair, closet and an oversized lovesac
- Bedroom #2: Queen bed, sleeps 2, twin bunk bed, sleeps 2, closet and dresser
- Bathroom: Guest bathroom with shower/tub combo, sink and toilet
- Laundry (located in garage): Washer and dryer

Parking
- Garage: Parking for one vehicle
- Driveway: Parking for 2-3 cars, depending on size of vehicles and snow conditions

Tahoe Donner Amenities: 
As part of your rental you will have 2 guest passes that will allow up to 4 guests per card to access  Tahoe Donner facilities including pools, hot tub, children’s play center, tennis, downhill skiing, cross-country skiing, snow play area, golf, driving range, beach access at nearby Donner Lake, boat rentals, fitness center, horseback riding, campground, and an extensive system of hiking trails.
